Under the direct supervision of the Immigration Services Manager (DOJ Accredited Representative) and general supervision of the Executive Director, the incumbent’s responsibilities/duties include, but are not limited to opening, routing, and responding to correspondence, answering telephone calls, and routing/taking messages, as well as providing high-level general clerical support to the supervisor. Secondary assignments may include, attending various special projects related to the events and activities, attending meetings, performing presentations, and delivering clear and accurate messages about current legal policies while representing CCDOF with dignity and respect. This position offers the applicant growth in the immigration sector.

Under the general supervision of the Medi-Cal Program Manager, the Lead Care Coordinator provides application assistance, case management, and outreach and will have direct contact with the uninsured and underinsured families and individuals. Provides technical assistance to Medi-Cal Program Manager and Care Coordinators. The Lead Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that all programming supports the mission of Catholic Charities and is in compliance with the strategic direction of the agency as determined by the Board of Directors and the Bishop of the Diocese of Fresno.
